Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PrintQuote Pro ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), a software-as-a-service application for generating 3D printing quotes. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

PrintQuote Pro provides tools for 3D print shops to analyze STL and 3MF files, calculate pricing based on user-configured rates, generate PDF quotes, and manage customer records. The Service is offered on a subscription basis with a free tier available.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

The Service offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Starter, Shop, and Farm). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.

• Prices are listed in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
• You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Free tier accounts are subject to usage limits including a monthly cap on quotes created.

4. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the Service, we do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid. If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact us at info@printquotepro.net and we will review your request.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the Service or its users.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code of the Service.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service to generate quotes for illegal goods or goods that infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Your Content

You retain all ownership of files you upload (STL/3MF models, logos, customer data) and any quotes you generate. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not sell or share your content with third parties except as required to operate the Service.

7. Quote Accuracy

Quotes generated by the Service are based on configuration values you provide (material cost, machine rate, labor rate, markup, etc.). The Service performs the math but the accuracy of quotes depends on your inputs. You are solely responsible for the quotes you send to your customers and for fulfilling any commitments made in those quotes.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and performant but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events may temporarily affect access. We are not liable for business losses resulting from downtime.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your account remains inactive for an extended period. Upon termination your data will be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall PrintQuote Pro, its operators, or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of use, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and through binding arbitration if negotiation fails.
