What file formats do you support?
We support STL and 3MF, the two standard formats used in consumer and professional 3D printing. Drop a file in the upload zone and we analyze volume, surface area, bounding box, and estimated mass automatically.
Can I use my own rates and pricing rules?
Yes — that's the whole point. You configure material cost per gram, machine hourly rate, labor rate, setup minutes, markup percentage, minimum charge, and print speed. Your quotes always use your numbers. Rates are saved per account and applied to every new quote automatically.
How does quote pricing actually work?
We compute the effective volume based on your default infill percent, convert that to mass using your material density, and estimate print time using your print speed. Material cost is mass times cost-per-gram, machine cost is print time times hourly rate, labor cost is your setup time times labor rate. Subtotal plus markup gives the final quoted price — or the minimum order charge, whichever is higher.
Can I customize the PDF quotes with my branding?
Yes. As a $10/month supporter, you can upload your logo and set primary and secondary colors that appear on every generated PDF, and remove the "made with PrintQuotePro" footer. Your company name is always shown on the header, even on the free tier.
Do you store my files and customer data?
Uploaded STL/3MF files and the quotes you generate are stored securely on Microsoft Azure so you can revisit them later. Customer data is only the fields you enter (name, email, notes). We don't share this data with anyone. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel any time. Your account stays fully functional on the free tier forever — you only lose the supporter extras (custom branding and footer removal). All your quotes and customer data remain intact.
