We want you to be confident in your decision to subscribe to PrintQuote Pro. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

Try Before You Pay

PrintQuote Pro offers a free tier so you can test the full core workflow (file analysis, pricing calculation, PDF quote generation, and customer tracking) without providing any payment information. We strongly recommend trying the free tier before subscribing to a paid plan.

Subscription Refunds

Paid subscriptions (Starter, Shop, and Farm) are billed in advance on a monthly recurring basis. Because the Service is a digital product delivered immediately upon subscription, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged.

We will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal (accessible from the Upgrade page when signed in). Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access to your paid tier until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at info@printquotepro.net within 14 days of the charge with the following:

We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us first before initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer. We are happy to work with you directly to resolve any billing concerns. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in your account being suspended.
