PrintQuote Pro started as a tool to solve one specific, annoying problem: every 3D print shop ends up building the same spreadsheet to price jobs, and every single one of those spreadsheets eventually breaks.
Why we built it
Anyone who runs a 3D print shop knows the drill. A customer sends an STL file. You open your slicer, check the volume, do mental math on material, add machine time, throw in some labor, apply a markup, and send back a price. Ten minutes per quote. Multiply that by dozens of inquiries a week and you're losing hours to a task that should take seconds.
The "solution" most shops land on is a custom spreadsheet. It works until it doesn't. Formulas get copy-pasted incorrectly. Rates fall out of sync with reality. Every quote looks different. When a new team member joins, they inherit a fragile mess of cells nobody fully understands.
