This Privacy Policy describes how PrintQuote Pro ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our software-as-a-service application at printquotepro.net (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: email address, password (hashed), optional company name.
• Pricing configuration: material costs, machine rates, labor rates, markup, and other inputs you configure.
• Uploaded files: STL and 3MF model files you upload to generate quotes, and optional logo images for branding.
• Quote data: part dimensions, computed costs, customer names and emails you enter, quote status, and notes.
• Billing information: subscription status, tier, and a customer identifier from our payment processor. We do not store payment card details.
• Usage data: pages visited, events triggered (sign up, quote created, checkout started), device and browser information, referrer URLs, and approximate location derived from IP address.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• Process subscription payments and manage billing.
• Generate quotes and PDFs from your uploaded files.
• Communicate service-related updates, security notices, and support responses.
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the Service.
• Detect, prevent, and respond to abuse or security incidents.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third parties to operate the Service. Each has its own privacy policy governing the data it processes on our behalf:

• Microsoft Azure — hosting, database, and file storage infrastructure.
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and subscription management. When you purchase a subscription you provide payment information directly to Lemon Squeezy, which we never see or store.
• Google Analytics — aggregated usage and traffic analytics. Google Analytics may set cookies to track visits across sessions. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with the third parties listed above to the extent necessary to operate the Service, or when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes. Uploaded STL files and generated quotes are retained while your account is active and deleted alongside your account.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls, and isolated storage. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data from unauthorized access and disclosure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including:

• Access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion of your personal information.
• Export of your data in a portable format.
• Objection to or restriction of certain processing.
